We helped them create a $150,000 budget, develop a solid financial plan for their grant application, and advise on diverse funding strategies, strengthening their financial infrastructure and supporting long-term growth.

On Hill Development LLC has assisted Handles Helping Hands Foundation in its affordable housing efforts through targeted grant writing and program development. We collaborated to create proposals highlighting the Foundation's commitment to stable housing for underserved families. By aligning funding requests with outcomes such as transitional housing and long-term homeownership, we’ve helped secure essential resources to enhance affordable housing access and support community empowerment.
