With support from On Hill Consulting’s Business Strategy Consulting services, the Roller Nation Foundation has raised over $1 million in its first year, moving towards a $3 million goal. Through a comprehensive SWOT analysis and tailored strategic roadmaps, the Foundation has improved its operations, decision-making, and positioned itself for growth, driving greater impact and attracting necessary investments for community transformation.

  Financial Consulting Impact 

At On Hill, we supported Tribe on a Quest, a Harrisburg nonprofit tackling youth transportation inequity, by developing a customized $150,000 budget and a strategic financial plan to support grant applications and operational growth. 

Our guidance on funding diversification—including grants, service contracts, and community fundraising—helped the organization raise over $200,000 in its first year, building a strong foundation for long-term sustainability and impact. 

 Affordable Housing Impact

On Hill Development LLC partnered with Handles Helping Hands Foundation (HHHF) to secure over $2 million in funding for affordable housing in Harrisburg. We led grant writing and program design for A New Path Forward, a project delivering four energy-efficient homes for first-time, low-income buyers.

By aligning development goals with funding outcomes—such as down payment assistance and long-term affordability—we’ve helped transform blighted lots into opportunities for homeownership and community stability.

 Early Results, Lasting Impact

Through a strategic partnership with On Hill Development LLC, Girl Scouts Carolinas Peaks to Piedmont secured over $100,000 in funding within the first four months of engagement. These funds strengthened program delivery, enhanced organizational capacity, and expanded access to Girl Scout experiences that empower girls to lead with courage, confidence, and character. 

Steelton-Highspire School District has partnered with On Hill Consulting for Program Development and Grants Consulting to create impactful initiatives and secure necessary funding. On Hill Consulting collaborates with district leadership to develop strategic programs that align with student needs and district goals. The team manages the entire grant process, from identifying funding opportunities to writing proposals, ensuring that each program is designed for long-term sustainability and positive outcomes for students and the community.

 $3.5M+ Raised | 4 New Homes Built 

Jamien Harvey, Founder of On Hill Development LLC, led this initiative from concept to completion. He managed funding, project planning, stakeholder coordination, and development oversight. More than $3.5 million was raised to support homeownership and community-focused development, resulting in four new homes for first-time buyers. This project showcases On Hill's ability to convert vision into measurable outcomes, creating valuable community assets that enhance neighborhoods and expand opportunities.

In its first year of service, On Hill Development LLC raised more than $200,000 to support nonprofit organizations and community-based initiatives. Through strategic grant writing, funding research, and capital solutions, these resources helped clients strengthen organizational infrastructure, expand program delivery, and increase access to affordable housing, youth development, and economic opportunity across the communities they serve.

He leads business enterprise growth and oversees a $45M campus redevelopment project in Charlotte, NC, advancing partnerships, funding strategy, and implementation. His work focuses on revenue diversification, operational expansion, and long-term community impact.
