Grassroots Nonprofit Accelerator Program (Pilot 1)
Provide 12 months of intensive support, including professional grant writing, comprehensive board development, and tailored executive coaching to over 10 grassroots nonprofits. This program aims to enhance their operational capacity and sustainability significantly.
Community Housing Innovation Lab (Pilot 2)
Launch a technical assistance initiative focused on empowering 3-5 emerging Black-led nonprofits to explore and develop affordable housing projects successfully. This includes providing guidance on site acquisition, project financing, community engagement strategies, and navigating regulatory processes to increase the supply of culturally relevant and accessible housing in underserved communities.
Nonprofit Leadership Retreat Series (Pilot 3)
Deliver quarterly training retreats for up to 25 emerging and established nonprofit leaders per session. These intensive retreats will focus on critical areas, including compliance with regulations, robust financial budgeting, and effective long-term strategic planning, to enhance organizational sustainability and impact.
